At Clubly, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy & Cookie Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data as a customer, and how cookies are used on Clubly.
1. Information We Collect
- Email address
- Device & browser information (IP, OS, language)
- Usage data (page views, click behavior, session info)
- Payment data processed via Stripe (we do not store card details)
- Communication preferences
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide access to events and manage your bookings
- To communicate with you about your tickets and account
- To improve our services and personalize your experience
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
- We share your data with the managers of the venues where you have made a purchase
3. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for data storage and Stripe for secure payment processing. These services may process your data on servers outside of the EU. Marketing cookies used on behalf of event organizers are described in section 4.
4. Cookies
Clubly uses technical cookies that are necessary for the service to work, for example to keep you signed in and to remember your language and your cookie choice. These do not require consent.
Event organizers can connect their own Meta Pixel to measure their advertising. Only if you accept marketing cookies in the cookie notice, the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) is loaded on the pages of those organizers' events, and Meta receives the pages you visit there, the start and completion of a purchase with its amount, and technical browser identifiers (Meta cookies, IP address, browser type). For confirmed orders, your email, name and phone number are shared with Meta only in hashed form. If you decline, none of this is loaded or sent.
Your choice is stored for 180 days. You can change it at any time with the button below.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
