1. Service Overview

Clubly is a Swiss-based marketplace that connects users with nightlife event organizers. We facilitate ticket purchases and event discovery.

2. Eligibility & Account Use

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Use the service lawfully and responsibly.
• Provide accurate personal details when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect. Funds go directly to organizers. Orders are final; refund requests must be directed to the event organizer.

4. Disputes & False Events

While we vet participating clubs, Clubly is not liable for false or fraudulent events. Users should exercise caution. To report issues, contact info@clublypro.com. Clubly is not obligated to process refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

Clubly acts solely as an intermediary. We are not liable for cancellations, venue access issues, or quality of the event.

6. Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance. We recommend checking them regularly.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Clubly's legal seat.

8. Use of Third-Party Content

Clubly may display images and other materials sourced from publicly available platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, and other third-party websites, for the purpose of showcasing venues and events. These materials are used in good faith and for informational purposes only.

If you are the owner or authorized representative of a venue and believe that any image or content used on our platform infringes on your intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@clublypro.com. Upon valid request, we will promptly review and, if necessary, remove or replace the content.
